Paws the Presses: Your Dog will be in a Book!

I’m excited to announce an awesome opportunity for your pup to be featured in an internationally published book AND contribute to a great cause. Paws Fur Joy Photography has been chosen to participate in Tails of the World book project for the third year in a row!

I’ve joined other pet photographers around the world to raise funds for local animal rescues. To date the Tails of World book project has featured over 2000 dogs and raised $170,000 for rescues around the world!

Your dog’s cute face needs to be shared with the world. Here is your opportunity to not only do that, but also give back to a local rescue. For my local pet photography sessions, this year’s recipient is Perfectly Imperfect Pups.

As dog owners we often reflect on how much joy our dogs spread to other people in our area. Let’s spread that beyond our zip codes, beyond our state, and to the world!

I will help you do just that.

This isn’t your typical fundraiser. It’s also an opportunity for your dog to be published in a book with their own portrait session with a professional pet photographer.

Your pup will be the envy of all the other pups at the dog park when they find out he or she is an international model. The best part? No training required!

This Year’s Recipient: Perfectly Imperfect Pups.

I’m thrilled to be working with the amazing Perfectly Imperfect Pups rescue this year. This year I’ve had the opportunity to meet many staff, pups, and volunteers at various events. Everyone is absolutely wonderful and it is clear that they have a passion for what they do. Check out the photo above from when I did a foster portrait session for Sloan last year!

Investment: $149 (includes $100 donation to PIPs)

Sessions will take place at predetermine dates and locations through the Triangle.

For your $149 investment you will receive:

• 45 minute portrait session at public location of your choosing in the Triangle. Multiple dogs from one household may attend the session/be featured.
• 1 8×10 matted print from your session.
• If you choose to purchase any products from your session then 10% of what you spend will be donated to PIPS.
• Your dog will be featured in the Tails of the World Volume IV. Photo submitted to be chosen by photographer.
• Planning phone or zoom call with Abby to get to know more about your dog.
• The book or additional products are not included may be purchased separately. If you choose to purchase the Tails of the World Book (approximately $60-$70) then 100% of the book sales proceeds go to Geelong Animal Welfare Society based in Australia.
